Displays Local (12 or 24-hour format) & Zulu Time. 10-year Lithium battery keeps the clock running even if the a/c battery is removed. Displays an Up Timer, which starts running when the engine is started, acting as an automatic Flight Timer. The Up Timer may be started, stopped or reset. Recurring Alarm may be set to alert you at appropriate time intervals, e.g., if set for 30 minutes, there will be an alarm at 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, etc. Alarm can be used as a reminder to check fuel level or switch tanks at set time intervals.

AV-17 VOICE ANNUNCIATOR

Can provide 1-17 verbal warnings through your headset. The AV-17 connects to the headset through the Audio Panel or Intercom or may be connected directly to the headset. The AV-17 receives most of its warning signals from one or more of Electronics International’s instruments which feature a warning light. The AV-17 is compact. A 4.1″ x 2.6 x 1.7″ Control Box tie wraps under the instrument panel.  A 1″ x 1″ Control Panel mounts on the aircraft instrument panel. The Control Panel allows you to turn the Voice
Annunciator on or off, and allows you to acknowledge and thereby deactivate any active alarm for either 1 minute or 10 minutes.

AVI-1 MODULE

Allows a positive voltage to activate one AV-17 control line.  Use with the AV-17 when utilizing non EI inputs.
CP-1 LED INTENSITY CONTROL POT

MUX-8A BLACK BOX DATA RECORDER

One of the most sophisticated data recorders available for general aviation aircraft. Although designed to be used with E.I.’s Ultimate Bar Graph Engine Analyzer (UBG-16), the MUX-8A is capable of recording data from up to seven of any E.I. instruments and one GPS instrument. The MUX-8A has 3 Storage Time Interval settings (1, 3 and 6 minutes). Can be put into the “BURST” mode at any time to record data every 5 seconds. This feature is exceptionally useful when you suspect an engine problem. When connected to the UBG-16, the MUX-8A will record up to 690 hours of data at a six-minute rate, 345 hours at a three-minute rate or 115 hours at a one-minute rate.
MUX-8A has an Event Warning Line that can be used to record data the moment your engine exceeds a High or Low Limit.

AL-1(X) CHROME ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT
(X) = “R” for Red, “Y” for Yellow, “B” for Blue, “G” for Green or “O” for Orange. The AL-1 makes an excellent indicator light for displaying boost pump on, gear status, power on, flags, etc. Also, it can be used as a remote warning light for any E.I. instrument featuring an external warning line. The AL-1 is more attractive, operates on less power and is smaller than old-fashioned indicator lights. The AL-1 has a service life of over 1000 times that of incandescent bulbs.
